Cassie says the biggest issue she sees most fit pros making is that they get to the computer and try and figure out what they&#8217;re going to post that day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s why she developed a strategy that allows her to build 12 weeks of content in just 12 hours. These colors indicate different phases of the programs in the cycle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4):<\/strong>&nbsp;Cassie and her team brainstorm ideas and create content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8):<\/strong>&nbsp;Cassie\u2019s Head of Content, Sarah, builds out and drafts the content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phase 3 (Weeks 9-12):<\/strong>&nbsp;Sarah ensures the content goes live<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In practice, this means All Day Fit is working on March\u2019s content as early as January. All programs take 4 weeks to brainstorm, plan, and create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s what the process for Phase 1 of a program would look like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Week 1: brainstorm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cassie and her entire coaching team meet for 1-2 hours once a week for a \u2018huddle\u2019 session. The goal of these sessions is to brainstorm 8-12 pieces of content that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fits the theme for each week<\/strong>, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resonates with their target audience<\/strong>. For Cassie, it\u2019s representing all bodies and abilities in fitness. It\u2019s clear who her gym is for, helping her attract and retain her dream clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This ensures the gym publishes at least 2-3 high-quality posts each week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Cassie says her team also looks at other fitness accounts, like\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/joinladder\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ladder<\/a>, for inspiration on what they\u2019d want the gym\u2019s feed to look like.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Week 2: solidify ideas and plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once they\u2019ve decided what they want to create, Cassie\u2019s Head of Content (Sarah) maps everything out.
