Based on the World Health Organization recommendations, within the Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases 2013-2020, we established actions to improve the nutritional quality of our portfolio.

We have internal Nutrient Guides that rely on four pillars of action to achieve our ambitions in the short, medium, and long term.

2024 Achievements

95% of our breads, pastries, english muffins, and savory bagels have positive nutrition, evaluated with Health Star Rating System (HSR).

95% of our daily consumption categories are below the established levels for added sugars, sodium, saturated fats, and trans fats.

93% of our daily portfolio of breads, pastries, and breakfast items contains 2g or more of fiber per 100g.
