STRENGTHEN OUR COMMUNITIES

Aware that this objective requires the work of many actors and alliances, we put our grain of flour in favor of the welfare of people and communities where we operate through our Good Neighbor, Volunteer work, and Social-Donations Investment programs. We also donate to food banks and provide support in disaster areas.

Social-Donations Investment

We want to create a positive impact and give back to where we operate. The Social Investment program and partnerships with Civil Associations allow us to respond to the commitment, by supporting and promoting the sustainable development of communities.

Good Neighbor

Through teamwork, dialogue, and collaboration, we strengthen our bond with the communities in which we develop programs for the well-being of all. The transformation process generates positive results for all stakeholders.

Volunteer work

Our associates, family, and friends proactively participate in virtual, hybrid or in person volunteer activities, whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid. They donate their free time, in-kind resources, or monetary donations. They also share their personal or professional skills by doing pro bono work.

Disaster

We offer financial assistance to our associates when they are affected by disasters or humanitarian contingencies.

2024 Achievements

267 Good Neighbor projects.

More than 533 thousand people benefited from the Good Neighbor Program implemented in 31 countries.

Mexico: we implemented the initiative “Rain Schools” in collaboration with Isla Urbana. This initiative brought rainwater harvesting systems to 13 educational institutions ensuring more sustainable access to water for thousands of students. We achieved: More than 2,800 students have access to water captured and reused water. More than two million liters of water can be collected annually, reducing dependence on external sources. The use of over 200 water pipes per year is avoided, contributing to the conservation of the resource. The impact extends to eight municipalities, strengthening the culture of water conservation since childhood.

Argentina: in partnership with the National Coordinating Council of Women Entrepreneurs, we launched Fortalezza, a program designed to strengthen the business skills of our Strategic Partners. We offer training, mentoring, and networking, driving the growth of their businesses and impact on their communities. Greater confidence and leadership in decision making. A support network among women entrepreneurs, promoting the exchange of experiences. DC3 certification, endorsed by the Ministry of Labor and Social welfare, which validates their new skills.
